Question 1

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We're based in North Highlands and serve the greater Sacramento area including Citrus Heights, Antelope, Roseville, Folsom, Carmichael, and Sacramento. If you're nearby, call us — we'll let you know if we can get to you.

Question 2

Do you give free estimates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every estimate is free and written. We come look at the tree, measure access, and hand you a flat price before any work starts. No hidden fees.

Question 3

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

We operate under a valid City/County of Sacramento business license and carry full liability insurance so you're protected on every job. We're also currently completing coursework for our California CSLB contractor's license, which we disclose openly. Always ask any tree service for proof of insurance before hiring.

Question 4

How fast can you come out?

Accepted Answer

For emergencies we dispatch 24/7 and usually arrive within hours. For routine estimates we can typically be out within 1–2 days.

Question 5

Do you handle insurance claims?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For storm and tree-damage claims we provide photos, a written scope of work, and an invoice your insurance adjuster can use directly.

Question 6

Why are your prices lower than the big companies?

Accepted Answer

We're a family crew with low overhead — no corporate office, no franchise fees. That savings goes straight to your price without cutting corners on safety or cleanup.

Question 7

Do you remove stumps too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We grind stumps 6–12 inches below grade, backfill the hole, and haul the chips so your yard is flat and usable.

Question 8

Will you leave my yard a mess?

Accepted Answer

Never. We haul all wood and brush, rake the area, and leave your yard cleaner than we found it. It's part of every job.
